What is ABS Profile?
ABS plastic extruded profiles are high-performance plastic profiles made from ABS resin through extrusion technology. It has excellent strength, toughness, impact resistance, and surface glossiness, while being easy to process and dye.Its characteristics are lightweight, durable, and resistant to chemical corrosion, and it can meet different performance requirements by adjusting the formula. ABS has a wide range of applications in plastic extrusion. It is stronger and more reliable than PVC, cheaper and easy shaped than PC,it is the first priority choice for most customers.Such as home appliances, automobiles, electronics, and building materials, and are commonly used to make components such as shells, frames, and decorative strips.
ABS typically has a temperature resistance of -20°C to 80°C and good impact resistance at low temperatures (thanks to its butadiene composition), but may become brittle below -20°C.

A: Yes, each product has different sizes and weights, so I cannot provide you with a standard minimum order quantity,usually, orders require a minimum weight of 300kg or more.
Q: 3.What kind of ABS customization services do you provide?
A: We provide customized abs plastic extruded profiles,please note that injection molding and blow molding are not within our production capacity,and panels, rods, sheets etc usually is not within the scope of our customization.
Q: 4.Can I point the color of the abs profile I want?
A: You can provide us with pantone color number,we will refer it to adjust the color.

A: No, ABS only have solid color or transparent type.
Q: 6.What materials can ABS be mixed with?
A: High strength requirements can use PC+ABS, while high weather resistance requirements can use ABS+ASA.
Q: 7.Does ABS profile support subsequent secondary processing (such as CNC cutting, bonding, printing)?
A: ABS has the characteristic of easy processing and can meet many secondary processing requirements, but attention should be paid to the influence of high heat during processing.

A: There are many material models that are not sold in China, so we recommend some similar materials for customers to refer to. Firstly, the cost is relatively low, and secondly, the delivery time for material ordering is relatively short.
Q: 9.Does ABS material comply with environmental requirements such as RoHS, REACH, FDA?
A: ABS can comply with RoHS, but if food grade (FDA) or medical grade certification is required, need to used specific brand materials .
